i dont expect myself to be consuming those peppers too quicky, so unless you have done it and noticed a denser amount of peppers (wich is the purpouse im growing carolina reapers for) then im not sure if it will be benifical for my purposes.

Considering banana plants are suceptible to root rot, im wondering what the best grow media is. might consider using a coca peat mixture with some drainage. it also possibly allows me to use a better sized pot since the only 20 gallon buckets i can find are trash cans and not short enough. i might be able to home it in a bigger plastic tank (easy to find, hopefully with offset hole) And i can just home it there, im mainly worried about root rot
