Default Canary Island bananas

Hi
Just wondering if anyone knows which variety is grown throughout the islands? They look like Gran Nain to me; I'm pretty sure they are a Cavendish but not the Williams one we grow in Australia. There's lots of marketing info on them but I haven't found any specific scientific data on the variety(ies)..
