From what I have read, the female banana flower does not need to be pollinated to produce fruit. I would assume the bloom has already been pollinated as you have small bananas. You already have fruit so just needs to grow. I think as your bananas continue to grow, your blooms will drop off. I would continue to water and feed the plant.
