I agree, taste is subjective. I prefer bananas about in the mid way of ripening. It's a little more starchier than if you leave them on longer to brown. Obviously more sweeter when brown, I use those for cooking and baking, more so with plantains. Which might be why I like them with more starch. kitchen renovations Brampton
