Smile Newbie on board

Hello fellow banana enthusiasts! I am new to this board but have been growing various varieties of bananas for about 20 years in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sadly, I will be leaving my well established stands by this time next year and moving north to zone 9. I don’t think my favorite variety (Misi Luki) will make it up there. I will miss that variety the most as it has been a reliable grower and producer of tasty fruit for years. I am looking forward to reading what others have experienced in my soon to be zone 9 habitat.
