Well my response is really late but I will post it anyway so others "maybe" can benefit. I see the one in the pic is under one of those purple LED lamps (at least it looks like that). I am guessing that may be dulling the variegation. It may do better under a white LED. Grow it out anyway and it may produce variegated pups.
