Default tracking the growth of my ensete glaucum

so i had given up on the seeds i was germinating and i guess i used that soil to plant sugar canes.. the animals were messing with the canes so i put gravel over them and one day a banana plant popped up right in the middle of the pot

during its first winter indoors it went dormant
it came out of dormancy nicely in the spring

last summer i separated the banana from the sugar cane

it got a little bigger through the season and i chopped it down before bringing it inside
it bounced back and at first was in the shadow of the dwarf iholena but now is growing over it

this plant could be a beast by the end of the outdoor growing season... i will keep you posted
