Default Musa ' Blue Java ' Some Questions (Newbie)

I purchased some of these ‘Blue Java’ seeds from this seller on etsy : http://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/12910...-blue-java-aka in the past and I was lucky enough to germinate one and have the trees for 2-3 years now. I really like my trees and they send out many pups.

I just wanted to ask the community here a few questions as I'm new to Bananas and don't fully understand everything.

How legit do you think these seeds are? I have asked and he said his supplier is really reliable and he confirms that it is definitely 'Blue Java'.

Would you think these are definitely a blue Java banana ? I have read on google that this type of banana doesn’t produce seeds? What do you all know of this?
Also looking at my plants and some of the images on google the trees don’t look quite the same so it’s made me doubt what they are. I’m not down about it as I have some good banana trees that seem to be pretty hardy, it’s just for my own interest I’d like to know that what I have grown is definitely the Blue Java Banana?

My trees do have a slightly silvery blue pseudostem which makes me think maybe it is. They have definitely been pretty hardy outside all year, with some wrapping in winter. It's just I heard 'Blue Java' was a large tree that didn't produce seed so I'm very confused. Further to this everyone here : http://www.reddit.com/r/BackyardOrch...blue_java_bana... says they don't produce seeds? Also I've watched some youtube videos where they say they don't produce seed. Blue Java's are seedless hybrids? As mentioned a video I watched stated they are really big trees but these are dwarf? I'm only asking and trying to be sure because I have taken some into a public garden I work at and wanted to be sure of what I was labelling the Banana as.

Blue Java is an edible banana with seed in the fruit basically ? Does that mean as grown from seed it probably isn't a 'Blue Java' but an unknown wild variety of Banana or?

Any kind of help or info on this matter , would be really appreciated. Thanks all!

Tom
