Wanted to share some pictures before I re-pot these and also wanted to share some of my observations.

I've put the seedlings in 3 categories
  1. The Green Ones (Green & Healthy - No Variegation)
  2. The Beautiful Ones (Variegated & Healthy)
  3. The Weak Ones (All Variegated but very weak with no growth & wilting/deformed leaves)
I've come to the conclusion that my original seedling was a 'Weak One'

And no the 'Weak Ones' growing next to the 'Green Ones' are not simply being deprived. Here is a 'Green One' & 'Beautiful One' growing together.
