If it starts as a small plant with a little variegation then it stays the same as it grows. The same is true for if it has a lot of variegation. Obviously it varies from leaf to leaf. I have many different varieties of variegated dwarf pisang awak and the variegation can be manipulated on all of them and that's also why I try not refer to any of them individually as dwarf namwa but the point of the photo is that a grower can intentionally or unintentionally vary the variegation. And a pup because it's younger is even more susceptible.
