Hi there! Long time listener, first time caller!

I have a Namwah that I kept indoors under grow lights over winter. He’s been acclimating outside for about three weeks now. Last weekend I repotted it with some fresh dirt, and then figured it was time to go ahead and move him into more sun. Yesterday when I went to water, it occurred to me that it hasn’t popped any new leaves, where all my other species have been since uncovering or the return to outside. I then noticed that the pseudostem is a little soft. Softer than it was when I repotted. It was rock hard then. For the most part the plant overall looks “normal”. A slight yellow hue in color, but mostly green.

Is it possible that between the location movement, coming out of dormancy, and the repotting that maybe it’s just in shock? I’m really looking for another opinion before I start panic hacking at it looking for rot.
