Default Leaves turned black and fused together?

The new leaf on my Musa basjoo came out black and then split into two leaves. It recently overcame a spider mite infestation (that I know of, I’m pretty sure the predatory mites I used wiped them all out.) I’m still getting dry patches on my leaves but there’s no webbing. Should I be concerned?

Thanks,

Sack
