You're spot on! I don't do it (watch my plants) anymore now that I have some experience under my belt. Lol. But, I've done my share.

As for the corms, I've cleaned them up, cut off access roots and repotted them in a well draining soil mix. I have them in my basement up close to south facing windows with two grow bulbs for additional light after 4pm for another 6 hours. I've overwinterized canna and elephant ear bulbs before, but was wondering if it's the same process for a banana corm. Thanks for the reply and suggestion.

Thanks for the direction on this forum. I will definitely check out the cold hardy section. Didn't find much on youtube specially on waking up the corms. I'm probably not doing the right searches.
