Re: Is this really a Patupi?
Thanks to everyone who replied to this post. Here is an update. This spring I purchased a Patupi from Sow Exotic and made a post questioning whether or not it was a real Patupi. I can now say with reasonably good confidence that it actually is a genuine Patupi. It went from TC to flowering in about 6 months. It went from flower to ripe fruit in about two months. The pseudostem is relatively slender, just like the description. And I harvested the fruit earlier this week and the fruit has a definite orangish tint. So it looks like I got the real deal!!!
