Saltpeter is potassium nitrate, which will add some numbers, but my concern is still what is in there to flag all of these health warnings? Gunpowder in and of itself, is awesome for your garden, as long as it doesn't get struck by lightning. It contains potassium nitrate, sulphur and charcoal. So again, my concern is what ingredient(s) is/are in this mix that will give my kids - hell, it says I can't have any kids - seven arms?
I realize that I may be overreacting, but I'm not taking the Fauci-ouchy snakebite either. If it looks foul, my advice is to just leave it alone. Look up where your fluoride in your water comes from. It's a byproduct of fly ash. Please, just stick with what you know is safe and works. This does not fit that bill.
If anyone wants to light into me over this, that's fine. You asked an honest question, and you got an honest answer. If after all of this, you decide to use it anyway, it's out of my hands. My final word is still: PLEASE DON'T USE THIS.
Out.
