Default Dead tissue culture banana from the post office, can be saved?
I just took my 2 banana plants from the post office, purchased via international shipping (I'm don't live in the US).
This is tissue culture plant. and it arrived dead.







My question is if It can grow new one from the roots or somthing or it 100% dead?

The plants is currently in a cup with water.
