I am guessing putting down composted manure or some such thing isn't an option:

Its a bit pricey, but assuming its important to feed your bananas during this rain (and I don't know that it is, we don't usually get tons of rain during the summer so haven't really thought about it), one could consider a sustained release product i.e. Osmocote or something like that.

You do have a lot of plants, so cost might be prohibitive.
