If you took those pics 1-4 days after granular fert, you are right, it should be too soon. You didn't by any chance mix in old soil/medium that may have had fertilizer already in it did you? I do that sometimes when I am have more potting soil than I can use in a reasonable time frame. Or possibly less than completely composted chicken manure or something like that?
Yeah. That’s a tad confusing. Sorry my bad I’ll break it down.
So, I fertilised with my dried blood, bone Meal and potash all organic on the 4th in the afternoon. The dried blood was said to be fast acting. I can link it below to show the eBay page,
Bone meal- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/401925842...IAAOSwkXBeE193
Dried blood- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/401921465...IAAOSwCXVeFEBc
Potash- I got on Amazon. By miracle grow. It’s all organic.

Exactly a month before this, I used organic. 7-7-5 by miracle grow. It’s granular

However this month I wanted to change it so mixed the things above form eBay not including the 7-7-5 and put 1-2 handfuls by a plant and watered In.

The photos I uploaded from above are from that day/ 5th so they were there. So yeah, I don’t really understand it either now writing this all down. Cause it’s all granular fertilisers but the results showed wuicky and it’s all organic ...

Odd maybe it’s nutrients deficiency?
I
Hopes this better explains things. Even im confused to be honest. But I didn’t add more soil just mulches. I think. If I did then it wouldn’t of been enough to cause over fertilising. I did put down some chicken manure stuff. Not pellets it’s like a open bag down alos, but that was a tiny amount and I put it fown along with the others.
