I live in hurricane alley and this happens to me at least twice a year it seems.

If the pstem is snapped clean off the base corm then its done. If its just leaning or was pulled out of the ground but not snapped I dig around the corm and stick it back in the ground. Takes about two weeks to recover in my area. If a couple roots on the opposite side snap I don't worry about it. I also usually provide some support. Either a stake or tie a rope from the plant to the fence. Banana plants are tough!
