i cut a v into one side of the stump because the centre was discoloured
it was mush down pretty deep so hopefully some pups emerge
there was a cold forecast so i pulled the chips back over the stump
i will probably remove a layer of chips after this stretch of cold
so the pups can push through hopefully
it was like a volcano before with only the stump exposed in the middle and extra deep where the pups might emerge
