Default Going Bananas in Maryland

I bought these four in Spring 2020. 2 Dwarf Namwa and 2 Dwarf Orinoco. They're all between 3-5ft tall. I brought them inside in the fall and they've been in my grow room. I reported them into full size garbage cans. Their containers are pretty big and the soil medium is potting soil, coconut coir and worm castings. I will take them outside after our last frost date.
1. I am wondering if I'll have a better chance getting them to fruit this year by planting them? Or should I leave them be?
2. If I leave them in their containers, will the added height make them too susceptible to wind?

Any advice is appreciated!
