I would wait at least until you're out of the 40s at night. They aren't going to do a lot of growing until nighttime temps are in the 60s, but from my experience leaving them outside in the sunshine when it's in the 50s and 60s is a little bit better than them being kept in a slightly warmer garage and not getting sun.
