Exclamation Help! My banana is withering!

It was growing happily for 1.5 years, after that something happened and me and my GF were both watering it so at some point I think it was too dry or too damp. Then it started to quickly wither.
When I noticed that I took a closer look and found spider mites.
After that it got showered with soap to remove all mites and sprayed with insecticide so there are no more mites. I was cutting off bad leaves and edges. But it continues to wither, now all but 2 top most leaves look lifeless.
Leaves all become black around the edges that moves toward the center and die.

Please help! What is this and is there any chance of saving my banana?

This is an example of a lifeless leaf I've cut off:

This is another one:

This is what's left of my banana (only 2 leaves are healthy):

A leaf, that has suspicious spots on it, but not dead yet:

Does anyone know what's going on with my banana?
