A lot of people in Vietnam add the whole ripe banana to bottles of alcohol as a means to relieve pain.
She searched the wikipedia in Vietnamese for what she knows it as, and the result showed "musa balbisiana". Would any of you know if this is correct, or what particular cultivar of balbisiana that this banana is?
Thanks for any help that you can provide.
