Default Re: What is the difference between Musa sikkimensis and Musa sp. Helen's Hybrid?

Helen's Hybrid is a hybrid between Musa sikkimensis and the edible banana 'Chini Champa'.
While Helen's Hybrid is filled with seeds, the fruit quality is supposedly much better than sikkimensis and is considered "edible", although of course "edible" is a relative description. The flesh may be edible, but the fact that it is filled with seeds severely limits the amount of flesh inside, and of course makes it very difficult and inconvenient to eat.
It's not as hardy as sikkimensis as well.
