As for the Pomes I'm currently growing, the Hood pear was solid in white 2 weeks ago but has mostly flushed out with leafs. On the other hand, the Pettingill apple has only poked out a few leafs at the top and does not bloom until April or May -- producing a harvest in the Fall. __________________ . . . http://www.plantsthatproduce.com
