Also, i noticed many of these bugs in the soil. This plant has never been outside. I bought bagged ORGANIC potted soil for this plant. Are these spider mites? Should i be concerned? i dont see any on the topside or underside, just the soil. Please see pic below. They are very tiny, and are hard to photograph.
