Is it a dwarf or a super dwarf? …. If it's a dwarf growing it in a pot it's whole life isn't a great idea. It will still get 7' tall at least. For now it's fine. Baby bananas lose their earliest leaves quickly so wait till it totally dies and cut it off with scissors.
