Joy I'm Bananas :)

Hi everyone. I'm new to growing bananas. I live in Orlando, FL. I have no problem growing the plants, cutting out and moving the pups or keeping the plants cleaned up. My problem is fertilizer, how much and how often? When can I cut the bunch off the momma? You know the important technical stuff.... LOL.
Thanks for having me and I look forward to learning a lot here.
