It very likely is. Though I haven't seen the reddish blossom end tips before. It's very pretty.
I have "dwarf" and "Tall" Nam Wah, and heights, as it is with most varieties, vary.
Right now I have "tall" Nam Wah that are fruiting at a shorter height than my dwarfs.
The best way to distinguish true dwarfs of any variety from standards is their looks. Not by measuring their height. Which is too variable.
Dwarfs have that look to them. And most dwarfs tend to put out larger bunches.
