Default Large containers with no drainage holes

I purchased a few large containers that were made from resin/plastic and have no holes and the pots themselves seem more like double walled plastic so if I were to drill holes in the bottom the water would likely sit between the 2 layers of plastic and cause a mold problem. Anyone know why 1) they don't provide drainage holes, and 2) why these are double walled?

Here is a similar example of what I am talking about. For better clarification, read the negative reviews.
