It's not bad. A little invigorating as all. Apparently, I inherited the same genes. I just don't feel cold the same way you do. My body temp is 96.8 and the summer kills me. It's all in the genes.

I was questioning whether it was effective without soap. It's abrasive so I suppose it does exfoliate skin but, still, I have my doubts about removing oil from the face and hair.
My uncle in law was a German soldier fighting on the Russian front during WWII. He said he ate rats and hated it. I have no interest in eating any rodents, even rabbits.
My body temp is 98.6 and the summer kills me.
