Well ... I'll just post it here. Now due to your location, I'm fairly certain it's in a pot so it can be indoors during the winter.

As such, I'd feed it occasionally -- perhaps every 2-3 months with a 20-10-20 water-soluble Orchid food. It'll love it. Just don't feed it the month you take it indoors ... wait two months.

Now after 3 feedings (6-9 months), if it hasn't responded then supplement the next feeding (in addition to the 20-10-20) with a strong orchid bloom formula such as Hawaiian Bud & Bloom 5-50-17.
