The large fries were Orinoco quartered lengthwise. I've tried making tostones before. they were a little more work and the peeling hard to get off. The fries tasted just as good to me. The taste was more potato like & good.

The smaller fries were FHIA 18 fingers. These had a soft center may be hint of sweetness with an over tone of slight starchiness. Kind of neutral in my like or dislike. Both nanas were only seasoned with salt after frying may be other seasoning can bring out the flavor more. hummm, little honey, sugar, & salt next time ????

But I got a lot of the small fingers ....
