They are not 'Kluai Lep Mu Nang' (or 'Tuu Gia', or any Pome or Plantain), the plant you show is pretty clearly a triploid, 'Lep mu Nang' is a diploid and has a very slender stature, in addition to other differences.

I would believe the cold affected 'Dwarf Cavendish' theory, that's what I was leaning towards before I saw your comment. It's a bit hard to tell from the photos if the classic Cavendish traits are there, if you peel back the outer pseudostem layers is the underlying color rather pink/red?
