Mine has a problem with dead spots on the leaves sometimes. It seems that they are like weak spots. They come out alive but very thin and without that waxy leaf coating.
They dry if they're in the sun but they can stay there if shaded.
I think it may be part of the multi color variegation. Perhaps as a texture variant to it.

Any of you guys notice it on your plants?
