I have not been giving it that much, a hand full of dry stuff once in a while and sometimes a liquid form, now just recently some extra fertilizer got spilled, but the pups have been looking poor for quite a while, do you know how you can fix if it got too much fertilizer?

Greenhouse??? Are these banana plants in pots? If so, it is not likely the herbicide is a problem. .... We need to know what 'handful of stuff' is? A handful of fertilizer for potted banana plants is tooo much. I would repot immediately with NO fertilizer. It may take several months for the plant to recover. Post pictures of the roots & corm if you do.

How much water are you giving the plants? The soil needs to become dry between watering. Too much water will cause root rot and the corm will be black. The corm & roots should be white.
