I have not yet tasted VC. Are they more tart than Manzano? I am not a huge fan of Manzano as they are too tart for my taste, but Mysore were also tart, but less so and sweeter.
Richard, I find it amazing that Mysore could produce a 150 lb bunch here in central Florida, as they are such small fruits... I would love to see that in my backyard this year... It is sure growing strongly after being torn up by a rotten varmint. The varmint isn't doing so well so far as I know...
I don't think lady finger is an actual cultivar.

Varieties I supposedly bought: Manzano, Cavendish, Blue Java, Sweetheart, and Gros Michel.
What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more.
