Dig a hole 4 ft x 4ft 4 ft deep; cover with a pvc hoops & poly. Then observe water levels during dry weather and after rains for the next 8 months.

In the greenhouse, you can lay a couple of pvc french drains in the pit bottom draining to a sump to be pumped out if flooding might be a problem.
