Do you know which cultivar you had? I found ato, kokor and ungoto but they didnt have those. That is interesting about their quick demise as the lady at the research station was of the opinion that the fei and fei x common banana hybrids (abt, abbt), were the slowest and hardest to grow. So much so they only tc'd those for researchers I couldnt get any. Do you think think they might dislike too much heat? Being from the png highlands?
