I was 200 pounds, no fat. It turned to 200 pounds, fat. Dropped to 170 pounds just by eating better and changing my habits. Oh yes, and a couple of fasts... but you have to be careful with that. It's good that you want to lose a few pounds and get in shape but do not obsess about it. It takes time. And you're not too bad for your age!
