It's definately a strong storm, we've been getting some of the best rain and snowfall in years. Hopefully the core winds will not rise above their current levels. Notice how they are coming once per week? Take a look at the Pacific satellite picture and you'll see another one lining up, waiting for a low to drop out of the Alaskan gulf.
