Default Question about shoots on bananas for a noobie

Hi guys, I'm new to bananas and I just noticed that my banana has two little baby bananas growing from the sides. After reading a bit about them, I know its still too early to try to separate them. My concern is that since i live in new york, I'm guessing the plant has only another month at most to be out and getting full sun. Do I just keep growing the guy as normal? Or do the babies need any special consideration? Also... do you think it needs a bigger pot now that there's potentially two more naners growing? Or can I wait until I bring it back out next year to upsize? It's a dwarf lady finger

Thanks!!!
