Hi Bre, and welcome aboard the Banana Express.
Nothing to be nervous about, this is a typed forum, LOL, but I'll give you some advice that I give to others who are about to speak on camera or the radio. Apply it here as you may:
When giving a TV interview, speak to the person asking the questions like you were having a personal conversation. The camera is not alive so ignore it. It does not have millions of people hiding inside watching you. That will happen later, after you've gotten home and had a few drinks to calm down.
On the radio, the same holds true. if you call in, you're simply having a phone call with a familiar voice. The only difference is that millions of people are listening in. If doing a studio interview, have the personal conversation like on TV, except there is no camera to record you; just a hot mic that millions of listeners are tuned into.
When publicly speaking, ignore the bastards. They don't care what you have to say anyway.
When typing on a forum such as this, don't worry about it. No more than 15-20 people are going to read it anyhow.
I hope this has helped you get over your fear of public typing. Once again, welcome to the forums.
