Just reporting once even if multiple spammers is sufficient as I have got the pattern down and am now able to deal with it all pretty quickly. Sometimes I search to see if there are other registered users with the same IP address to ban them before they get started but pretty much every spammer has a different IP address which makes it more difficult to stop this.
