Default When to start feeding?

I planted my bananas real early in Texas this year and only now are they starting to grow. So pretty much 5 weeks. Is it time to start feeding?
I added nice fertile soil when I planted them so I am a bit unsure on how long after planting I should start feeding seriously?

Is Richards Banana fuel still available btw?

Thanks
