Just hold off the fertilizer and sparely water. Your plant will grow out of it.
Difficult to say what variety you have there, but my Blue Java has never shown red splotches like your plant. Actually none of my Namwahs have it either. Could be a Cavendish variety or one of the red bananas, but I have no idea at this point.
