I'm rather skeptical that plant from GreenFin is 'Cocos'. Indoor/greenhouse plants can be harder to ID since many traits can change and they are often stunted to some degree, but there is little to indicate it is at least a Gros Michel clone. Looks more like a Silk or something else totally different.
