Ok, so I lifted my potted plant off the saucer and today I saw a few pests. I'm almost 100% sure that larvae is connected to the Fungus gnat. Also there seems to be 2 kinds of white bugs. One seems to be a larvae thats crawling slow the other seems smaller and is crawling faster (is this larvae in earlier stage?)

Also there was a reddish/brown bug also in the saucer about the size of a grain of pepper, I filmed him in the first video. Im not sure what the hell that is and I don't think its connect to the fungus gnat? Could anyone help me out? All 3 videos are below. The reddish thing is in the first video I believe
