I have noticed with my plants when I separate a pup or repot sometimes they will pause a few weeks then start back up again. Seems to happen more when I disturb the roots too much. A lot of times I will have a new cigar leaf come through the not totally unrolled last cigar leaf. Most likely you will see new growth within a week or two with a new cigar leaf popping through. I wouldn't worry too much yet.
